Marketing Objective

Executive director of CHPS should focus on increasing funds of the company to be able to survive. The following steps should be followed:

* Increase funds through volunteered organizations: The company should improve their communications channel to reach more volunteers and organize more profitable events.

* Get funds from companies: Guy should get in contact with companies who are funding organizations like CHPS. He can benefit from the network of people in board.

* Improve human resources policy: He should establish and effective human resources policy to ensure best quality employees are hired and the existing ones are trained where needed. This will enable him to have a team of people who can work efficiently with him for applying his marketing plan efficiently.

Business Analysis

Strengths

The strengths of the company can be stated as; the company has formal goals that they would like to achieve and that they realize they need to have a marketing plan to acheve these goals. It is also very promising that the Executive Director, Guy, has been involved in the activities of the company for a long time and he is familiar with the domain.

Weaknesses

The most obvious weakness is that the organization is not able to make much money from the events they organize. Also, it is very common in the company to hire relatives or friends which limits the capability of having best quality human resources.

Opportunities

Guy is informed that there are organizations comprising companies like CHPS and funding them. It is an opportunity for him to convince these organizations for funding them.

It is also another opportunity that all members of the board are experienced people who have very good connections. They can make use of their network to promote the acitivities of CHPS.

It is a big threat to the company that the funds of CHPS given by the government are cut off....
