State of Confusion Paper

Since we discuss the U.S. Constitution in the questions, it can be expected that these are the comparable of two states in the United States. Based on that there will be a lot of action occurring at many different levels. First of all, while a state does have the capability to do something to conserve the safety on its roads, that is limited in part by the Interstate Commerce Act, the Interstate Commerce Commission, and the Department of Transportation. With no modifications coming from the other states, this will stay something that will be decided at the level of the Supreme Court since it must hear anything related to Interstate Commerce.

The act will be reversed, especially since it appears that the only way to get the precise hitch installed is to go in the state of Confusion and have the hitch connected by the one business that productions it there. Were the business one that worked with many nodes outside the state borders, so the hitch could be installed outside the borders of the state, it would have a chance of standing as a law for safety. At this point, it is obvious that the purpose of the law is to make money for the one manufacturer who just happens to be within the state of Confusions borders.

Tanya has a strong case, and her odds of having the bill reversed are very good. When the state passed a law to help the only manufacturer of the hitch it required be used and it can only be installed by entering that state, you are being required to break the law to enter and have the hitch installed. In addition, if this is the only business engineering this hitch, has it been tested to meet the criteria of the rest of the country by the ICC and DOT? If it meets those standards, why is the rest of the country unresponsive in using that hitch, and even the federal government not demanding it as a modification?
