Sadiq was a very good student, after graduation from university he was elected from 18 graduated elite student to work for Lincoln McGee company. He is talented and professional in management consultants , that why he have got this job. After only three months of a hard training sadiq was chosen to travel to Prague where his mission was to advise a company called Floc which has many problems. He was selected for some reasons, because they need consultant to advice them in their hard situation. Floc company is a supplier company which supplies cars parts and tools to Skoda car company. In addition, the company were depending workers who are prisoner and they are spending their sentence working in the factory, they work with no salary where the performance was high. After a while, the prisoner were fired because the company restructure their employees by replacing the current staff by other people who work with salary and the prediction from the management were to have better perform than before. However, this modification made the company lose the challenge. For example, the new employees will be absent and don’t work like the prisoners because the prisoners were not allowed to be late or absent. Moreover, no place to complain was making the prisoners to work hardly and they are well known with the context and content of work. The evidence of this can be clearly seen when the prisoners need nine second to finish a job the salaried employees need forty-five second which mean five times the prisoners time.

After getting in the hard situation saqid came to analysis and solve this problem by giving recommendation within 4 months when he have to show his possible solution for the problem in front of 13 main directors from the management of floc. After investigating in 4 weeks from all the staff
