Furthermore, working as a team can lead to generating a diverse idea because everyone is unique individual and tends to view issues in a total uniquely way. But if you are work as an individual you can only develop certain ideas from an issue. Most time when one works as a team the person tends to achieve more, than when the person works as an mdwioluol this is because the person’s capabilities are been reinforced bringing out the best in that person. Finally team out perform individuals because teams generate special energy. This energy develops as a team members work together using their personal energies and talents to deliver tangible performance result.
