In the parable of geese information, these are five quotes of team work. That of the five quotes, the feel the best is “Teams who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going quickest and easier because, they are traveling on the thrust of one another.” Team work is people helping others accomplish a shared goal. Below, will discuss why I feel that the no 1 quote is the best.

Although all teams are group of individuals but not all groups of individuals necessarily demonstrate the coherences of a team. The team’s members rely on one another as the weakness of one member is the strongest of another. Thus make the work easier and faster for the team. Again working as a team, the work load is been distributed among its members. Working ensures making a better decision as any issue is viewed by different people from different point of view. Furthermore, working as a team can lead to generating a diverse idea because everyone is unique individual and tends to view issues in a total uniquely way. But if you are work as an individual you can only develop certain ideas from an issue. Most time when one works as a team the person tends to achieve more, than when the person works as an mdwioluol this is because the person’s capabilities are been reinforced bringing out the best in that person. Finally team out perform individuals because teams generate special energy. This energy develops as a team members work together using their personal energies and talents to deliver tangible performance result. And the feeling participation and involvement in any team work is always awesome because of the huge success that team work pulls with it.

Finally from all of the given reasons above, team work is the best way for all people to help each other in accomplishing their goals easier, quicker, and faster.
