Introduction

To start with maybe we should think about what is the new economy.The new economy is based on the knowledge economy globalization economy. The new economy has two basic characteristics of high technology and globalization.In new economic era,our brand strategies should change with the objective conditions.

What is brand

The definition of brand might be very abstract.But if we consider brand as a man,the answer becomes easier.As if a man have his characters,hobbies,and features.Brand also have its image,value,and influence.

The consumers of new economic era

The consumers today are not likely to what we have known before. Among twenty or thirty years ago, modern way of working already has changed like an earthquake.But the change was far from reach its due level, it still has a large development potential. Now those who lead manufacturing technology change are the younger generation grew up in well-fed glut of environment, they enjoy the audio-visual impact brought by the music TV, video games ,and TV programmes . These young people are one part of the revolution, while they were affected by age. They are building an era that they can eat pizza which could be ordered at the any time of a day. but seldom goes to care about a certain product brand, even you ask him, hey, what brand is your clothing liquid? His answer might be "Well,I don't know. But you also have to admit that in some cases they know much more than us, for example, they use the bank on the net, online shopping and electronic movie tickets. The development of technology gradually will lead to another consumer spending patterns, they hope at any time, any place they can get service, they want to follow one's inclinations to do anything.
