Business Plan Case Study
This paper will determine the possibility of success for the small business involving Kurt and
John Bauer. It will also outline what I would include in the business plan for the small
business. I will complete a feasibility analysis based on three major components. The
components are industry and market feasibility; product or service feasibility; and financial
feasibility. Last, from reviewing my business plan outline and the information in the case I will
answer the question(s); Do I think the business is viable? Why or Why not?

In entrepreneurship, to establish a business in the competitive market, it is important to
prepare a business plan. In business plan, following points will be included:
Objective
Objective of business is an important part of business plan in terms of deciding business
strategies. In objective part of business, goals will be divided into two parts that are marketing
and financial goals (Timmons, 2009). In marketing goals, brand awareness, customer's
satisfaction and corporate image will be focused by the entrepreneur. In financial goals, market
share, profitability and revenues will be covered by the entrepreneur (McKeever, 2008).
