International Involvement Paper

Introduction

Any organization can set and achieve their goals and objectives but first the organization needs to implement their management concepts. In order for management to run their organization smoothly and achieve the goals and objectives that has been set forth there are four functions of management that help keep an organization on track and to achieve goals set and purpose. The four functions let organization to deliver and handle tasks, and strategies designed to maintain a healthy and strong organizational culture. The four functions used is planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.

Planning

Planning requires management to asses, first by knowing where the organization is presently set and where it would be in the future once that is accomplish the organization can take appropriated route of action to determined and implement the organization goals and objectives. Planning is a never ending action; there will always be sudden strategies where an organization has to deal with. Many times planning can be uncontainable because organization can alter certain plans so they can accomplish their goals, planning is like a blueprint to foretell problems, planning is the first and important in management and is critical as it facilitates control, priceless in decision making an in the evading of business ruin. Independence Blue Cross, the organization focused on different groups of individuals in health services to develop strategies and to help with restructuring the company’s organizational culture. Knowledge of creating such strategies were based on how one communicate, how well one is able to do strategic planning and how one is able to manage with available resources.

Organizing
