Decisions in Paradise

As discussed in the previous draft, I (Nik) have acknowledged some of the issues facing Wal-Marts move to Kava. Kavas natural disasters, social, and organizational challenges requires decision-making techniques. Wal-Mart can help to rebuild the community and increase presences on the island. The corporation empowers associates with training, involvement with the community, and opportunities for growth. Decision-making process will define and clarify issues, gather information, and evaluate the pros and cons of the problems. The process will also define goals that have the best probability, resources available, and cost to benefit Kava and Wal-Mart. By focusing on Wal-Marts core values and ethics can help integrate the same beliefs in the community to achieve economic growth and stability. The proper decision-making style will improve Wal-Marts mission and provide social assistance through teaching, research, and services.

I have determined to use logical/rational decision-making process to achieve economic stability, growth, and reduce the time in recovering from disasters. As known Kavas problems and resources can provide and prevent the needs of the islanders and the exportation of products around the globe. The best way to assist Kava is to consider accomplishing goals that will benefit the community. I have identified the problems facing the community and will show the decision-making style implemented needs skill, creative development, potions, judgment, and effective decisions for the best solution for achieving goals of Wal-Mart.

It is in the best interest of Wal-Mart to include leaders of Kava in the decision-making process. This will prevent future conflicts and show the community Wal-Mart is committed to their success. In rational decision-making style Wal-Mart will show the goals and objectives are clear and known in advance, best alternatives,...
