Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program
Introduction
Kudler Fine Foods is a specialty food store, founded by Kathy Kudler in 1998, whose mission is to offer customers a delightful and pleasing shopping experience. To further enhance the customers’ experience, Kudler Fine Foods has proposed the implementation of a Frequent Shopper Program which will track customer purchases and offer loyalty points redeemable through various third-party vendors. The following analysis will cover the execution of this program from start to finish and outline the various benefits that will result. As the existing network within Kudler Fine Foods lends itself to the Frequent Shopper Program requirements, the initial setup will be minimal, but the benefits will solidify the company’s customer base and place them in a position for revenue growth and future expansion.
Scope
