Leadership: Issues Every Leader should consider being an Ultimate Leader

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research paper is to state what are the issues every leader should consider in order to be an ultimate leader whether as a politicians or in the organisations in order to achieve the goals in the future. This study also defines what the meaning with leaders is and what the criteria that a person should have in order to be an ultimate leader and also how a leader can apply all the essential criterions in their leadership styles.

Methodology – The method used in this study is journals review and also some books that have been mentioned what are the issues every leader should consider to be an ultimate leader.

Introduction

A leader is a person that has been appointed or elected by a group of people and is seen by the people concerned as their leader. A leader can be found in the military, political, trade unions, organization, social clubs, and other association. We all know the importance of effective leadership, leaders, not only make a difference in the co-ordination of their organization, and they also make a difference in the satisfaction levels of the people working within the organization. There is no single style of leadership that works. But there are basic principles of leadership that all effective leaders apply regardless their personal style of leadership. The relationship between follower’s satisfaction and lower absenteeism lower turnover and higher productivity has been clearly substantiated. Getting along with the boss is the number one factor affecting job happiness, according to a recent national survey. All we need to do is think about our own experiences with people who managed us to understand how important the leader follower relationship is to our organizational well-being and therefore, how crucial a good leader is to follower satisfaction.
