CASE SUMMARY

In marketing sector MTV plays an important role and they showed how to reach customers and how audience. Nothing is more dynamic than these two groups. They adopt new ideas and to make dynamic change in marketing system. So they focus on high school age audience and the college new products faster than movies star change spouses. That’s why MTV has people on campuses listening and responding to the latest trends, wants and needs. For pre-college students they provide online music subscriptions service. For university students they provide another online subscription service which resulting good support and response. TV showed that they follow the four PS of marketing right way to their success. They don’t fix the product so that students can develop their own products and work with MTV to make them available to others. The price has to be competitive so they use of it very well. They know how to satisfy the young generation to the music world and how they can achieve their goal so they are doing the thing with demand of listener. Students like to explore so MTV provide them that opportunity. They establish the relationship with the customers and also with its performance as well. They try to response various stakeholder and they do well. They make a periodic group to determine how well they can serve their customer groups. They take some activities to encourage the young people so they provide them composition courses to know hoe create music. By exploring all things it’s clear that MTV provides the best performance than any other company in dynamic marketing world.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION:

MTV doing well in marketing sector but they have some problem. The following problem mentioned bellow.

I. They have give the opportunity for young talent to show their talent but because of bureaucracy there is questioned against their fairness of selection.
