INTRODUCTION

E-Business and E-Commerce has been seen as both the icon of globalisation as well as its rising feature. E-Business is the application of information and communication technologies in support of all the activities of business. Commerce constitutes the exchange of products and services between businesses, groups and individuals and can be seen as one of the essential activities of any business. Electronic commerce focuses on the use of IT to enable the external activities and relationships of the business with individuals, groups and other businesses.

Both e-business and e-commerce rely on the internet to accomplish their goals. Conducting E-Business includes buying and selling of products and services, servicing customers, collaborating with business partners and conducting other intra business tasks. E-business applications strive to give a good idea of their company, promoting the values they use to market their products. In e-business, ICT (Information Communication Technology) is used to enhance one’s business. It includes any process that a business organization (either a for-profit, governmental or non-profit entity) conducts over a computer-mediated network.
