As my conclusion, it is a chance to give me a practice. So in this practice period, I have learn a lot.

First, we divided the presentation into 6 parts (the details on “content on the parts is responsible for in the group presentation”). Next we grouped which parts into a powerpoints. Then we send the PowerPoint to our teacher, JoJo. At that moment, JoJo found that there are a lot of information problems in our powerpoint. After a discussion, we fixed all the problems. Finally, we finished the whole powerpoint on the date which we present.

In WPD, I know the teamwork from the lesson. From this project, our team are used the method of chose a leader. I have heard some group are used vote for decision. In my team, the problem is the presentation information. Because of we are just do the parts by ourselves, we have no any scenes that each part have a connection. Although we got a good presentation, we used more time for work compare with other groups.

Next time, if have the project such as this; I think we should used the method of vote for decision.

For myself, I think I should have more practice on the teamwork’s skills. The reason is that I think I do not really know how to have a better teamwork. In this project, I had learnt the important of the teamwork and communication. From the project, I knew that if a team have a goal of success and have a good communication, the team will be the successful team. For my personal, I did not put those elements into our team. So I think this time, I am not the good member of a team, may be next time, I will do the best.
