Many have defined human resource management as the management of an organization's employees. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment of management and providing direction for the people who work such organization. Human Resource Management is the organizational function that deals with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. However, human Resource Management is also a strategic and comprehensive approach to managing people and the workplace and environment. An effective HRM enables employees to contribute effectively and productively to the overall company’s direction, accomplishments, goals and objectives. Human resource management has establish a process that looks to staff the organization or company and sustain high employee performance through job analysis, human resource planning and recruitment, performance appraisal, and compensation and benefits. Those four main ideas have made a company’s management process run smoother and more effective.

Job Analysis is said to be a procedure for determining the duties and skill requirements of a job and who should be hired for it. To achieve organizational success, it is crucial to identify and determine the jobs that the organization needs to perform in order to reach its strategic goals. Job analysis is therefore a vital function of human resources. Job analysis may also be defined as a methodical process of collecting information on the functionally relevant aspects of a job. One of the main purposes of conducting job analysis is to prepare job description and job specification which in turn helps to hire the right quality of workforce into the organization.
