Project Develop Evaluation Factors
BMGT 339
Summary
The Department of Defense intends to solicit an invitation to bid to a women owned business to provide office supplies to multiple locations in Maryland, DC and Virginia for a five year contract. As part of the procurement process all of the evaluation criteria will be evaluated equally. The evaluation criteria are based on four different evaluation factors corporate experience, past performance questionnaire, management approach, and technical solution.
Corporate experiences, past performance questionnaires, management approaches, and technical solutions all work hand in hand. Corporate experience is needed to make past performance questionnaires available for evaluation. Then a management team can approach project challenges and develop technical solutions to achieve maximum profit and growth.
