Abstract:
The paper studies the effects of new technologies on consumer and the need to know their rights when it comes to the use of such technologies in the workplace. In addition, the employees should be aware of the rules governing the new technological innovations .Hence, understanding those rules are critical to their implementation. Sheridan &Williams in their article “Employee Training Key to Dodging Business Risks and Protecting Consumer Rights When Utilizing New Technology” introduced three main technological innovations talking about their benefits, disadvantages and how to solve the resulted problems.
The paper illustrates data provided by the authors; drawing also on an examination of other related references aiming at discussing the new technological innovations. Following is a thorough discussion of the benefits accompanying the implementation of such technologies. As well as relating some of these innovations to the work environment in Lebanon, Ensuring that customers’ mind-set and feelings are at the heart of every service and that corporations should know how to listen to their customers.
