In my opinion multinational corporations create more benefits than problems when investing in foreign countries because of the following reasons.The first reason is that the MNCs create more job and training for local people. They are the big company and recruiting plays a vital role in the productivity of their work. Therefore, people can have jobs and make money to satisfy their needs and wants. Not only providing jobs for people, but they also have training for them in order to improve the worker’s skill and increase the efficiency of the work. For instance: when many Japan’s cooperation came to Viet Nam to operate the factory, they had created a big number of job for citizens and also organized many classes or courses for people, so they have skilled labor after a short-term. Secondly, the multinational companies contribute rax revenue and other revenues for the government. It means that the states have more fund to develop the infrastructure such as city road, sewage system or education. With many developing countries, the revenues from the Mncs is the most necessary because they have strong capital and many branches all over the world. Thus, these countries can base on their reputation to export and advertise their images to others. Some people argued that the Mncs exploit workers too much by paying slow wage or working more hours. They may be true in some extend, but it is a good way to develop the potential worker and help others have stable jobs, so they do not have too many leisure time which lead to many social evils. In conclusion, working for the Mncs still is the good options for anyone who is really like it and find it appropriately with them.
