• Motorola: Motorola has an extended history of innovation. For many years Motorola have worked to connect people to each other within the world in various ways. In 2008, Motorola announced that the company would options to renew the financial well being. The company is considering their handset business. The company has experienced significant problems within the cell phone industry. Motorola was difficulties with competing with others in the market offering new products.

• McDonald’s: McDonald's is the leading global foodservice retailer with more than 33,000 local restaurants serving more than 64 million people in 119 countries each day (McDonald's, 2011). In 2000, McDonald’s stock obtained market saturation. Because the restaurant was opening up new stores it was intruding upon the profitability of existing stores.
