1. The name of the Company is SNAMS BOOKSTORES SDN. BHD.

2. The Registered Office of the company will be situated in Malaysia

3. The objects for which the Company is establish are:-

1) To carry on the business of supplies book, magazines and photocopier, textbook for secondary and primary school, textbook for university and college , novels, references book, story book and values of all categories of books and stationery property and to purchase, sell and deal in all kinds of books and stationery property, magazines, novels and photocopier.

2) To carry on the business of supplies book and magazine and all kind of book to give easier to customer, serve the internet like Wi-Fi , references book, book wrapper , stationery, enlarge, alter and improve existing shelves, racks or cafeteria and other conveniences and generally to deal with and improve the property of the Company.

3) To buy, sell, manufacture, assemble and deal in all goods, wares and merchandise of every kind and description, general manufacturing, trading and commercial business, contracts, agreements and arrangements of any and all kinds with any person, corporation, partnership, firm or association.
