1. Abstract:

By analyzing the background information of Dirk Bikes USA, we perform a competitive analysis in the respect of competitors, competitive strategy and competitive forces of Dirt Bikes so that we can help the company develop rapidly in the near future.

2. Introduction of Dirt Bikes

Dirt Bikes USA is a small company who mainly focuses on the production of off-road motorcycles customized for racing and recreational riding. It was founded in 1993 and is located in Carbondale Colorado. Now Carl Schmidt and Steven McFadden own the company and are in charge of it. In the company, there are three departments, namely, Production, Administration as well as Sales & Marketing. (The specific organization chart is shown in the appendix, Figure 1.)
