Club IT’s mission is to offer their clients, whom they consider their friends, live music, danceing space and refreshments that suit their lifestyle. Their primary clientele is a mix of people that enjoy an eclectic range of music at just the right volume (not too loud, not to quiet), people that enjoy dancing and having good company.

The club’s information resources at the moment include an Intranet option for their employees, where they can easily access their personalized information, such us wages, bonuses and tips. Besides monetary information, the employees have access to their accrued hours towards vacation and sick time, pay preference, personal address and emergency contact information. The Intranet service is a beneficial tool for the employees not only because it gives them easy access to their information, but also because it keeps them up to date with company news such as New Employee additions and Employee of the Month information.

Aside from Personal Information, the Intranet service also includes additional tabs with information on Orders, Sales and Budget. The Orders tab offers the employee information regarding the vendors contracted to replenish their stock on food and beverages, as well as quantities used with each order. The Sales tab includes Total Covers, which is the amount of food or drinks sold, Total Cost and Total Sell, showing the employee what the drinks and food cost to prepare and how much they were sold for. And finally, the Budget tab, offers the employee a run down on the company’s financials such as total income, expenses, restaurant profit, and net income, giving them an idea of the cost involved in running the business.
