Hostage Love I'm being held hostage by your love while at war

Many feel as if I'm fighting for our country

But I'm fighting for my chance to come back to you where I belong

I'm fighting so I can see your beautiful face when I wake up in the morning

I'm fighting for us to be together again.

` Remembering the day that we first met

Dancing at Ruby Pier under the night sky after the rain

Your yellow cotton dress that made you look like sunshine with your pink barrette

Your long black hair that tangled me in your love.

Being with you made my day brighter

My love for you is shaper than a diamond

I love you and everyday with you is always a blessing

Me finding love with someone that understands me is better than anything

You are my one true love.

Even as the years past, as did you, I was unable to forget you

I was unable to forget your hugs

Your kisses that abducted my innocence.

The beating of my heart while together is faster than a comet coming toward Earth

Even though you are the comet that came towards me at full speed

None stop your love keeps me going until you hit me with real life.

Wishing that we were back at the promenade and you asked me no to get killed

Wishing that you could call me "Hot stuff" again

Right now you are my inspiration to get out of this captivation

Being captivated in two places at once is contradicting

The only way I can come home is if I remember the great times that we had

By remembering the times that we have to come.

By remembering the captivation you have over my heart and my soul.
