INTRODUCTION TO FIRM
Kumaran & Company Sdn. Bhd is an established company dealing with metal drum and plastic drums since 1967. It is located at No. 3024 Jalan Permatang Pauh and in year 2000 the company expanded at No.704, Jalan Samagagah, Permatang Pauh Seberang Perai Tengah, because the demand and the services that provided to their customers.
In order to ensure competitiveness to meet challenges in the new millennium, their absorb a lot of professional advanced or alternatively employees focus on staff training programmed standardization of product range for effective operations set up in order to offer their best services at lowest cost and shortest lead time. In line with the company mission moving forward towards excellence in meeting customer’s satisfaction through a highly committed and motivated team and to be environmental friendly.
As being in the recycle sector, the concept of a green office came to S.Parthiban, as the CEO of Kumaran & Company Sdn.Bhd. This concept is a move to upgrade the present workplace to a green office concept workplace.

In order to capture the first impression toward the company by new client, a new change over at the administration office and HR are most required. However, not forgetting behind the scenes are the people thus the creation of the new workspace to cater to their needs. The current office set up with the old office concept seem to be out dated and it’s time for a change in line with the company mission
