Strengths
In regarding to its HRM, Elite Food Services has a lot of strengths which is can to be motivation and can help it to face any weakness and threat. First, it’s a good employee supporter and a good employer which ensure a successful adaptation to its new role and the organization. Second, its regular business orientation and its induction program have been introduced for all trading business led by the management. Third, in its unstopped growth, Elite starts the investing in a very good and effective employment and training programs to enable an easier and better access and retain jobs across all Elite business’s workforce. Fourth, the importance of people, as part of the business, is already recognized by Elite Food Services for its success. For this reason, all of the employees and workers of Elite Food Services have access to the education, training, and services they need in order to achieve motivation. Finally, one of the needs, which should be met to get employees motivated, is the physiological need which is the first level of the hierarchy of needs introduced by Maslow. The good package is part of the physiological need. Elite Food Services has given remarkable package in the food services industry given to its staff to gain confidence including wages and salaries, medical and dental services, and bonuses.
Weaknesses
While Elite Food Services has a lot of strengths, it also has some weaknesses which need to be controlled and recognized. First of all, Elite lacks employees of special roles in its corporate support offices in Norwest and Sydney to be managed and controlled. Second weakness is the communication problem Elite Food Services has. Some employees cannot understand and speak Elite Food Services’ language and that can be considered as weakness as that may hold back their work’s efficiency.
