➢ As we know, the fights between 3 big companies in console gaming devices are Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony. According to IGN, Wii sales had reached over 50 million pieces. The success key is the “visual motion mechanism” technology, it’s like a new revolution for gaming experience with totally different controllable. In other word, Wii didn’t beat the 2 others by performance power but by the specials and easy interface of their devices. But nothing could last forever if they don’t change themselves along the flow of environment. Wii maybe succeed, but only on their country Japan where people in there have high patriotic so they received support from their country, but what about in Western? Are they success yet? No, Western gamer are captious, they need things must achieved an perfect sense. So in order to expend profit, Nintendo needs to focus and attract Western gamers by satisfy their need.
