This chapter will give a introduction of the research proposition of the Reiss case. In This chapter an description of the project will be given, the research objectives will be given and explained and a division of the report will be made.

The management of Reiss currently feels that the time has come to expand Reiss to the other nation of the world. In order to do this they have hired a consultancy company to find out in what way they can reach the following goal:
