Focus is on analysing and critically evaluating not description

Brief introduction to Tesco, identify the country you have chosen and the purpose of the report – could identify the importance of strategic planning for international business

2. The management strategy used by Tesco Plc to manage its foreign subsidiaries

Could talk generally about the management strategy Tesco uses overall for all its subsidiaries. I.e. what way do they enter markets in general.
