As I set in the Cinemark movie theater, who know Columbia Pictures could put such a useful topic into a futuristic mindset. I never would have guessed those 88 minutes watching Zomblieland’s Woody Harrelson would unfold rules to live by, rules that could actually be helpful during not only a zombie apocalypse, but a natural disaster. As the movie came to an end, they decided it was better to stick together then do it alone. In a sense, we are all zombies at some point in our life, but the intensity varies.

You should always be prepared for a zombie apocalypse. In doing so, you are also preparing for natural disasters that could happen in your town. Keep water, food, medications, tools and supplies, clothing, and a first aid kit in a place that would be easily accessible to you and your family. Good communication is key when making your family’s emergency plan for natural disasters/zombie apocalypses in your area.
