Phobias and addictions is an emotion that built out of his or her head. “The definition of phobias is an intense but unrealistic fear that can interfere with the ability to socialize, work, or go about everyday life, brought on by an object, event or situation. The definition of Addictions is a persistent, compulsive dependence on a behavior or substance.” I found this definitions in a website. To break it down phobia is a type of believing or fear an individual builds up by time such as developing phobia for snakes or heights the individual let it come trough your life them not willing to do much because of your phobia for objects. Addition on the other hand is something you build by time also but its influenced by peer pressure, media influence, and family addicts. Your body calls for more, an example can be an 17-year old boy who never drink but once he tried his first drink from his friends he like it every time he will go out he will drink with them he was pressure to drink due to his friends, and everyone doing it also just to look cool. Later he was 21 and he would only drink alcohol from when he will get up till he goes back to sleep. He builds an addiction toward it and then he is in rehab to get rid off the addictions and thirst of alcohol.
