Communication in the broadest sense means to exchange information between individuals through a common system of symbols. Communication can be verbal and nonverbal. Communication is the process of establishing and developing contacts between people, the needs generated by the joint activity, involving the exchange of information and developing a common strategy for engagement, mutual perceptions and attempts to influence each other. Communication difficulties, fear of society, social phobia are some of the issues that are dealt with in psychology. More than half of the population in varying degrees suffers from problems relating to communication.

A person must have a desire to communicate this enables them to create a psychological comfort to those who communicate with him. As a conversation develops various emotions can be displayed ranging from joys, frustrations, love and hate. Someone gets tired of communicating, says it’s empty, uncomfortable, inconvenient, and therefore is looking for new contacts, acquaintances, or prefers to leave the world in the realm of dreams, fantasies, creates his own virtual world, as described in Communicate with clarity.

Communication is an indispensable skill in life that allows people to feel that they are able to communicate, to think and to live. The majority of people need to improve their communication skills for their work or just for the communication between friends. Communication results can be a very effective tool and most things in life are dependent on communication, on the right or wrong words people use, on the approach and on the manner to talk. Competition is at its highest level ever and everyone wants to be the best and to know the latest information.
