2. Difficulties encounter in new position

Lack of leadership, especially when it comes to making design decisions, is certainly a problem. Having good leadership to help push good design practices such, as user research is definitely good. Good communication to imperative that in managing the employees, manager has a clear understanding of what their jobs entail. Also, clearly communicated the roles and responsibilities of each team member and where they fit in with the organizations goals. leaders have to pay even more attention to the values and culture of their organization. When the environment is changing rapidly and resources are scarce, people feel less valuable, less knowledgeable, and less effective. They feel what used to work doesn’t work any more. Sales manager need to face of internal and extenal problem in the company.

Internal

Sales manger need to manage their salespeople and encourage them increase their sales amounts. Each of the salespeople may have their own method for their work. It is hard to change their habit to co-operate with company system. Some of the salespeople believe that their sales experience is higher than manager. They may not want to follow with sales manager and keep using their own method for their work. Also, managing director will set the goal for all salespeople, sales manager need to follow up with salespeople to achieve the goal. Many of the salespeople dislike their boss, they don’t know why boss set the goal is not reasonable and company system can not match up with their sales method. Some of the salespeople may not happy or feel less knowledgeable for the job. Sales manager need to explain and communicate with salespeople how to achieve the goal and finish it together. Team consciousness is important for the sales team.
