Addressing the Challenges of Group and Teams

How could this training program work with a company like Enron? Could this plan help or could have helped Enron succeed instead of failing? With Unique Challenges, this plan will work towards establishing Enron in the future. Enron was a billion dollar franchise that fail without and warning. Enron will try to reorganize it company by accessing training session to develop better management and leadership for a successful company.

Enron has considered ways to apply training programs to its organization. Enron failed some years ago and need a better understanding to ruin a successful organization again. This training program will allow Enron to start from zero to build an billion dollar empire like once before. First thing Enron will do is reorganize. Reorganizing will allow Enron follow through with the company vision, goals, mission, and objectives.

Second, all the employees old and new, including the mail room will attend each training session provided by Enron. These training sessions will include: management and leadership training, how to handle attitudes and emotions, communication (internal and external), and person conduct in a work place environment. In this training session, the key to is to create an more effective communication barrier from the CEO to employees of Enron. This training in communication will allow the new CEO of Enron make valuable and adequate decisions for the company instead of receiving reports from and outside personnel.

Positive management and leadership can help a company survive if proper training has been provided. Enron previous management teams did not succeed due to the lack of training in some areas. The new Enron will allow old and new managers to attend training session so they can become better managers or leaders. Do you think that Enron CEO made positive decisions when Enron began to fail?
