Club IT Part 2 Analysis
After reviewing the information gathered form the interviews and reviews made about the IT Club, I have compiled some of my thoughts on the problems concerning resourses, customers and the supply chain. When looking at the way that the sell of the special Friday and Saturday tickets are sold, there is reason for concern. Normally when a business that has a high clientele that’s main form of communication is mobile based with internet access, they should make all of their sell items readily available through all possible outlets. I believe that is one of the problems involving the customers at Club IT, some customers may not want to call and talk to customer service to order special tickets; they want the convenience of pulling out their mobile devices and quickly ordering their tickets. I also would suggest that Club IT have more online advertisement to help promote the club and gain or catch the attention of possible customers. The main focus should be on the customers because if the customers are not happy than the business will not succeed.
When riffling through the supply chain information I found that Club IT has many different suppliers, if they can condense their suppliers and get more products from one company they may be able to save on their budget. By using one supplier for as much stuff as possible could lead to saving because discounts may be given. Looking at the menu for Club IT, I did not see many options to choose from. When trying to beat the competitors your menu should be appetizing with different and new ideas, something that keeps the customers coming back. Some might say “Well this is a dance club so there’s not a big focus on food”, I completely disagree with that statement. I believe that people want to hangout and have fun at a place where they can eat good food, have good drinks and listen and dance to good music, so...
