Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program

Kudler Fine Foods is in the process of establishing a frequent shopper program, the point of this is to establish customer loyalty and to learn what a customers prefer and in turn be better able prepare and attend to the customer’s needs. This will increase the efficiency of the business and escalate the bottom line. By tracking the buying habits of customer the business can satisfy the current customers, attract the new one and keep them as long term customers. The frequent shopper program will allow customers to earn points as part of a reward program. The points from the program will be able to be redeemed for discounted purchases, free gifts, or other rewards bonuses.

The idea of the loyalty program isn’t just the simple type where a person receives discounts on items. The Kudler customer is one that is more focused on quality than having discounts on food. The Kudler brand gives it’s customer slightly expensive specialty foods so this reward program has to be more than the norm. The Kudler frequent shopper program will allow customers to redeem points for high-end gifts or sevices from local businesses. This is a unique reward program that can help the brand standout from the others.

• Each Kudler Fine Foods location: La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas – the program will be initiated at all locations

• Purchasing Department – data collected by the new program will be used by the purchasing department to forecast food orders
