New Business Model for Medical Transcription Service

I have discussed Mr Jon Do's business model for Medical Transcription service or Medical Billing and Claim Processing Service

He has started Transcription Business, since he graduated from University.

He do not look after daily routine, he has Manager who looks all activities related to Medical Transcription business, and she reports to Jon Do.

He has

-- Marketing staff who is working from home, they reports to Manager

-- Supervisors working from home, they reports to Manager

-- Editors and proof readers working from home, they reports to Supervisors

-- Medical Transcriptionists working from home, i.e. around 15 Transcription companies from India, and philippines working for him, and they reports to Editors and Supervisors. there are very rare issues which were addressed by John Do through out the year.

All people are working from home, so there is no capital invest for office building, telephone, etc.

They have rented server space to transfer data from client to home employees from one home employee to another and back to clients.

His accountant also working from home, and pay salaries and to other charges to service providers online.

He has almost no inventory of equipments, like computer, modem, server, etc so no depreciation of same.

All in all they have good penalty procedure set for timely delivery and quality of work, so all person in channel work perfectly, error or delay in delivery at any stage will be penalized.

The business model is very good. We followed same business model in year 2003 for our down line, and we have also developed a team of home workers and we have enjoyed a lot in MT business.

How?

As we have home workers working for us, firstly we do not need to by computer at our office, total saving. Secondly, no light consumed, no training required, we hire trained person and working from home (most of them are from Philippines) only. Thirdly, no burden to follow India Govt. employees rules...
