Attitude Survey

Measuring a person’s attitude holds with it valuable data that can be mined for understanding on many topics and with the relationship between the government and the people, knowing who they feel is of critical importance. Psychologists utilize attitude survey tools so that they can translate subjective attitudes of the survey takers into empirical results. Attitudes can be distinguished from personality traits and interests, showcasing how attitudes are often linked to objects (Hogan, 2007). Attitude engulfs behavioral thoughts, feelings, cognitive processes, affective issues, and actions an individual will exhibit when reacting to an object. For this assignment, I created a survey designed to learn about the collective attitudes with the help of a selected-response blueprint built on the servqual method. The goal of this survey is to learn about how people who go to the Department of Motor Vehicle in the State of Utah feel when they are at the DMV. It is my goal to take a look at the process that I used and tools I worked with to create this survey.

Preliminary Design

The focus audience of this survey is people who go to the DMV in the State if Utah, how they feel about their experience at the DMV. It is my hope that I will be able to take a look at and measure the attitudes people have after they have experienced the DMV in Utah. This survey is best administered after an individual completes an on-line exam for a license but during the same on-line session.

I have included 12 survey questions taking no more than 1 to 3 minutes to finish. I felt like that keeping the survey to a minimum was needed so that I would increase my return of finished surveys, the longer a survey; the more unlikely people would want to take the survey.
