Conducting personal tasks and doing non-work related activities while during the workday and being paid for by the boss or company is definitely stealing. Ethics in business world is very important. The purpose of this paper is to inform employers, managers, and business owners about the ethical situation of doing personal business during the workday. I believe this problem is becoming a trend in the workplace, because it is becoming popular and increasing over the time.

Controlling Internet access means installing software to the company’s network to control and monitor employee’s Internet access.
