S.W.O.T. Analysis
The Situation:
Dalman and Lei are considering expanding Sandwich Blitz. They have noticed other franchises similar to theirs are in the working. None of them are currently on the market but like most other great ideas it won't be long before others jump on the band wagon. While they have the funds for opening two new stores with the decline of the economy in recent years the idea of a larger expansion might be neseccary. This is the problem that Dalman and Lei are currently faced with to agressivly attack the market that they are currently in in the metropolitan area or to expand Sandwich Blitz beyond there current borders. Below we will examine the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) that Sandwich Blitz will be faced with following an large scale expansion.
