In order for a business to be successful there are a few necessary components. First, there has to be a good, or product, to offer. The good can be that of customer want or of customer need. The business also needs customers to buy the good. Depending on the good that is for sale, the customers may be easy or hard to find. The business also needs to be able to market that good, or advertise that they have the good, and attract the customers to buy the product.
Not all products sold are easy to market and to sell. There are many goods in which the customer does not particularly want to be a buyer. A perfect example of this is funeral service goods. It is not easy to sell funeral services to customers. They are usually coming to you in a time of grief. People do not buy these goods in bulk, and they are not refundable.
