1. Introduction

“Has the concept of work and life balance and the introduction by employers of related policies made a major contribution to sexual equality in the workplace?” This question is closely related to a million hundred of people, working time takes up about two-thirds of the time in life, are they totally understand the importance on it? This issue will be explored in depth in the following articles.

1.1 Definition of Work Life Balance

Over the past several years, the substantial increase in work and competitive working environment makes sharp increase of pressure from work. As time goes by, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life, in order to maintain the quality of life, so derivate the terms of Work Life Balance. This wording is widely used but there is no particular definition. Normally it imply the equality between job scope, remuneration and influence of quality of life.

However, everyone have different needs for life, how to judge “balance” and “imbalance”? It should be depends on different people at different time with different financial situation to determine the different life style, so that there is no a standard index as an indicator on this.

1.2 Definition of Sexual Equality

Sexual Equality is a generous wording to be used in fighting for rights and interest no matter in occupation or remuneration should be receives the equal rights between genders. This wording is rarely get a clear definition of actually means. Furthermore, it’s complicated and multi-dimensional issue affected in different society or industry.

Basically, males or females should be to have the same value regardless of religion, occupation and education. They are equally valuable to the society and to bear the same role and responsibility.
