Evaluating the Effectiveness of a Website

This report is an evaluation and recommendation to improve the effectiveness and execution of the management information system used by the company Chameleon Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). As stated in the name Chameleon MMA provides a variety of MMA training to adults and children. This type of business requires qualified and well trained trainers in order to provide accurate training and information to the customers. MMA however is a general term used for a variety of fighting styles including kickboxing and judo. This type of business has exploded over the last couple of years due to the increased popularity of companies like Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). This wide sport however is actually a small community in the inside. Like most communities and business types, expansion occurs due to word of mouth and increased experience. In the MMA world, experience is crucial because it will determine who wins and who loses. You gain attention with the amount and style of wins in this sport, being so starting a MMA training facility with just any random or new trainer will be a high risk maneuver. To obtain a high volume of customers the company must obtain at least locally well known trainers. This type of business brings along many sensitive issues, the physicality and exercising can cause those that are training to become injured which has the potential to close the business. Liability, insurance and waivers must be accomplished to protect the business from negative issues and attention.
