Healthy Eating Plan Comparison

I find it a bit challenging to compare something that has not changed much from the first week I wrote my healthy eating lifestyle. I am still on the Paleo diet. It is not as strict as it should be but I follow the ultimate rules; excluding all dairy, sugar, salt, carbohydrates, and include more protein, fruits, and vegetables. My reason for this lifestyle is to help me perform better when I CrossFit. I try to progress and improve my time, my strength and stamina. At times I crave for something sweet and delicious and feel like giving in and want to end back where I started, and then I think of all the work and effort I have put into this lifestyle and reconsider.

The rule of thumb to Paleo is to eat enough calories. If you consume enough calories you should not experience hunger at all. Majority of the paleo dieters typically experience hunger, unfortunately, if you feel tired and hungry while you are on this diet it probably means you are doing the Faileo Diet; lean meat, salads, fruits, some mixed nuts, etc.

Our bodies expect vegetables, oils, sugars, modernly processed grains, fermented or soaked grains and legumes, fermented dairy and butter, leafy vegetables, nuts, lean meats and fish, fruits, fatty fat fat, and flavored fat from various animals. The quantity of protein in lean meat is hard to digest and seeds and leaves are not that easy to digest either, humans unlike apes cannot extract much energy from leaves. As far as I know, salads are not considered as substantial food. It is complicating to not get enough calories from them without resorting to oils, which really is not considered to be paleo. Becoming dependent on them as meals will lead to many episodes of hunger, anger, tiredness, and irritability.
