* The Aim of the project:

The aim of making this project is to learn the practical field, to gain the knowledge related to the textile industry which plays a vital role in the economy of Pakistan. It has really helped us observe as to what extent the text book knowledge is being practiced in real field. Helped in knowing how much the management of human resources is important in today’s world.

* Discussion:

We will discuss how HR policies being followed in Din textile mill, how they perform their duties efficiently and effectively, to what extent they strictly follow their rules. HR practices cover all the key elements which help to fulfill the organization goals in shape of providing all the manpower resources, strictly checking about to follow rules and regulations and arrange better working atmosphere.
