I have observed myself throughout the week complaining about something. I did my observation from January 30,2012 to February 5,2012.It was a great experience by doing this exercise to find myself that how much do I complain about surroundings in my life. As a human being, I have a character of complaining about something in my day to day life.

I usually feel that I complain things which go wrong from my view. For example-If I go to bus stand and the bus leaves the stand before I reach there, I complain and blame the bus even though I am late.

Usually I feel irritated when I complain about something. I am a person with lots of anger within me and I get angry when something goes wrong in my life. So, I would like to minimize my anger as much as possible. It’s very difficult for me to control my anger.

I think I would have a positive attitude if I make myself well planned and organized. If I work on schedule and plan, I would be having the rough ideas about what am I going to do on a particular day and that would help me to minimize the day today problems.

Having positive attitude is mandatory to have control over complaining attitude. Positive thinking is a practice and it requires that you have a certain mental attitude. When you have a positive thinking mindset you automatically have positive thoughts and you continually recite positive affirmations. This process happens automatically.

When you have a positive thinking mindset you almost instantly find answers to even the most complex problems and challenges. Positive thinking is a mindset or attitude that is geared towards automatically expecting things to work out. A person with a Positive Thinking pattern in place expects, believes and trusts that things will always work out and they often do.
