Introduction

Background of the Study

The Billing Section plays the role of producing Statement of Account upon a student’s request. This section has been doing manual process and recently, a present system has been developed and is used for such purpose. The Billing Section of the Iloilo state College of Fisheries - Barotac Nuevo Campus uses a system. Just recently developed and tested - therefore, the existing system is being used by the in charge of the office. Thus, the researchers decided, with all the ideas to improve the existing system, to create new system that could answer to the problems the billing representative encounters while using the present system.
