Background of the Study

The Billing Section plays the role of producing Statement of Account upon a student’s request. This section has been doing manual process and recently, a present system has been developed and is used for such purpose. The Billing Section of the Iloilo state College of Fisheries - Barotac Nuevo Campus uses a system. Just recently developed and tested - therefore, the existing system is being used by the in charge of the office.
