2.0) Situational Analysis

Our current condition of our business that it is a brand new business that will solely focus on children who are mildly developmental delayed. This service is so new to our community in the Fresno/Clovis area that we need to have. We only have one service that will help the community but the only down part is that they help only those with little to no cases of development issues and only helps those who only live in the Northeast Fresno area. Our service is for those in both Fresno and Clovis, while helping the mild cases that need the assistance.

Critical issues always arise in both businesses and services both new and old. We will open to hearing any issue that a parent/guardian may have. If a client can't make it for any reason for their lesson plan, we should be notified within 24 hours in advance. We would want to make sure that the client gets to take care of personal matters before continuing. If we see that the parent/guardian would like to end the lessons, we would have no problem ending the relationship that we have with them and would wish them well in their future endeavors.

For this service that is offered, I don't see that the macro environment would be a problem when...
