Human consumption Milk

The world revolves around milk, milk is a big part in our lives. Growing up on a dairy where milk was the only thing you drink other than water I love milk. Milk has Calcium which helps build bones, maintain strong bones and also helps control blood pressure. 87% of milk is water, so it can help provide fluid to keep the body hydrated. The production level has changed very much over the past 30 years. 30 years ago there were not tight envier mental laws as of today .USDA uses California as an example, California is having a very hard time keeping in business because of the tight laws that dairyman are having to deal with. When the economy is not doing well and milk pries are sky high that means the price of milk goes up. The production of milk has not stopped just the price has gone up over the past 30 years.

Unique production activities and challenges are, there is not a robot behind the dairy and the milk cycle. There is someone doing hands on things so you can get that cold glass of milk on your table. The challenges of production are the economy is going down hill and no one is out to help. When having live animals there is holding production because there is not enough money. Having someone work with their hands for something you buy always makes you feel good, for helping out a local business.

India has become the world's number one milk producing country, with output in 78 million ton. United States, where the milk production is anticipated to grow only marginally at 71 million ton, occupied the top slot till 1997. In the year 1997, India's milk production was on top with the U.S. at 71 million ton. The worlds milk production in 2009 million ton would continue the steady progress in recent years .
