John is a mentor to entry-level automotive designer with in the department. John seems to have the best skills for this, position. Janice is creative and single-minded about getting what she wants, for her teammates; she would fit well in this position. For the linker + producer would be Petra Diodorus she has experience working as a classroom educator and as the newly-appointed training and development manager she fist the job well.
