OBJECTIVE

To obtain a position as an Assistant Manager that utilizes my 2 years of processing foreign remittance transaction that will focus on transaction quality and efficiency, customer education and relation and teamwork.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Experience with successfully handling urgent payment with large amount including implementing automated transaction systems; selecting, managing and training staff; developing and managing the department regular report; establishing and monitoring productivity goals; and leading cross-functional teams on key projects.  Proven leadership skills gained from managing a large distribution center as well as founding and managing a multi-million dollar business.

EXPERIENCE

Outgoing Foreign Remittance Staff, PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia, 2008 - present

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving transfer application

• Processing the outward remittance transaction

• Responsible for confirming and examining the fax transfer application

• Make sure about the regular requirement of Bank such as Bank Secretary Act and Anti-Money Laundering.

Research and Data Analyst Staff, Indovision, 2007 - 2008

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating report to support decision making in sales and marketing strategy

• Set the first program of weekly updated TV rating distributed to all Indovision branch.

• Did other duties as assigned.
