Introduction

Job Analysis is the procedure by which the facts with respect to each job are systematically, discovered and noted. (Dale Yoder). Job Analysis refers to the process of gathering information about the operations, duties and organizational aspect of jobs in order to write-up specifications or as they are called by some job specifications (Michael J.
